We are a UK based company, expanding our team and seeking intuitive, driven members of staff to be based in our Port Louis office to process the outsourced work.
You will have full support and continuous communication on hand during your working hours with our London based team, and will be in regular contact with our London office.
• We would like a minimum of A level/O level education. University Graduate is desirable but not essential
• Minimum 2 years experience using Microsoft Office package - predominantly Excel/Word and outlook.
• Minimum 2 years experience using Sage Payroll/Sage Accounts or a similar package.
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Well spoken English
• Availability and commitment to work during the hours of 9-6 GMT Greenwich mean time, UK Time
• Available to start immediately 1st February 2017
Scope of Duties:
• Cash book
• Bank reconciliations
• Letter writing
• VAT Computations
• Cloud based filing
• More to be explained in interviews.
In return for the above we are offering a very attractive package. Remuneration will be 15,000 RS per annum paid on the 5th of every calendar month. 20 days annual leave plus 8 paid UK bank holidays. Travel allowance will also be paid.
