An international company, based in Port Louis, is looking for a receptionist.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited, to:

- Handling of telephone calls / Receiving clients at reception
- Ordering / maintaining stock control of office supplies
- Coordinate board room bookings
- Coordinate dispatch of documents
- Set up meeting for Directors and book in agenda
- Taxi booking
- Opening of bank statements received by post, courier received by DHL and distribute to staff
- Prepare DHL Reports at end of month

Requirements:
- HSC
- At least 3 years experience in a business environment
- Skilled with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Must be eligible to work in Mauritius
