Personal/Executive Assistant

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Arranging travel and accommodation and provide general assistance during presentations
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email
- Taking minutes
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings
- Liaising with other offices, clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Responsible for accounts and budgets updates
- General secretarial and administrative duties not mentioned above.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualification/degree beneficial
- 3-5 years experience
