•Established Client base in one or several of the following African countries: Kenya, Botswana, Tanzania, and Mozambique.
•Proven sales and management skills.
•Strong financial services knowledge.
•Willingness to develop new client coverage zones
•Ability to learn new products namely structured and derivatives products
